Four Lantern Display Area in Taoyuan

This year, the Taoyuan Lantern Festival will be held in Fugang Village, Yangmei District, featuring the main lantern of the Future Rabbit and four major lantern display area. There will also be the first wireless kite night sky show in Taiwan by a Singaporean team, Japanese folk kagura, as well as special gifts of the Year of the Rabbit mini lanterns and gold necklaces. Be sure to take the train to experience the celebration of light in Fugang from February 1 to 12.

Each show lasts 5 minutes and is performed every 30 minutes

Fugang Railway Station – Welcoming Lantern Display Area

A unique lantern display area full of visual beauty and physicality is created, utilizing the rich historical atmosphere of the Fugang Old Street and combining it with Hakka festive lantern sets to illustrate the simplicity and antiquity of the village.

Fugang Sports Park – Thematic Lantern Display Area

The main lantern display area is designed with the concept of an amusement park at night and combined with child-friendly and entertaining lantern sets to lead visitors back to their joyous memories of childhood. The 5-minute mechanical light show of “FUTU the Future Rabbit” will definitely fascinate the audience!

Bogonggang Park – Traditional Lantern Display Area

The traditional lantern display area is presented with the theme of pleasure and joy, and the photos of visitors with lantern sets can be made into unique New Year's cards, and the site is decorated with a nostalgic and adorable large-scale lighting scenery, leading visitors to a journey through the past and present.

Minsheng Pond – Water Lantern Display Area

A magical show of sound and light unfolds on the water surface of the pond along with the music, greeting visitors with a welcoming gesture in the swirling water mist. Enjoy the artistic journey of water scenery and lights dancing together.
